Delivery and Returns


There are 3 ways to get your Moo loveliness to you when you buy online.

1 - Next day £5.00 (not inc Saturday)

If you order before 12.00pm on any working day your order will be shipped to you by special courier guaranteed next day delivery and they will even drop you an email to let you know what time you need to be in to receive it.

Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your item will be shipped out on the next working day for delivery the day after.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.

Friday Next Day for Delivery on Saturday is available for £10

2 - Two to three days £3.00

We will ship your goods to you using special courier still but these will just arrive within the normal time frame.

3 - Pick up at store Free - Currently suspended due to COVID-19 as the shop remains closed (but we will be in touch very soon with our next moooo-ve)



Buying Online 

If the item you have ordered isn't right you have 14 days to return the item to us please email for the return address, as soon as we receive your items back they will be inspected and a credit note will be issued to you to spend online or in store. 


Please currently allow 72 hours quarantine time 


Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty please contact us at to send back, once the item is received we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.

Buying In Store

Change of Heart

If you get home and have a change of heart you are  more than welcome to bring the item back within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Faulty Item

If you find a fault with the item you have bought please get the item back to store within 28 days where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement.
